1. RJ Nuis/ Expatriate Counseling (RJN) is set up to help every individual with his/her process in the least amount of time.
2. RJN has no intake interview, unless specifically requested by the client - sessions begin immediately.
3. RJN respects the individual process and progress. In practice this means that session length is flexible and may be anything from 50 minutes and on occasion have even taken as long as 4 hours in the past. Average session lenght is between 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 hours.
4. RJN holds no strict time frame since it is impossible to know beforehand what comes up during the process. Sometimes it is better to keep going than to stop and re-start the next time.
5. RJN recommends that clients allow themselves extra time to allow the information to integrate afterwards
6. RJN does not push to make the next appointment, letting the process develop itself/present itself as it unfolds - at YOUR pace.
